How People Not Prompts Works

The rule

Every model sold on Minarium has to be sculpted by a person. Not generated from a prompt. Tools that help a sculptor, like retopology, denoising, remeshing, or upscaling a reference photo, are fine. The sculpted form itself has to come from a person's hands.

At upload, every creator confirms this. It's not a badge someone applies for later. It's part of listing a model here at all.

How something gets caught

We don't run AI tools on Minarium anymore, including for detecting AI. So this runs on people, mainly you.

Every listing has a "Report as AI-generated" option. That's the main way something gets flagged. We also take a closer look at new sellers and anyone uploading a lot at once, since generated content tends to show up in bursts, and we periodically spot-check listings across categories.

What happens when a listing gets reported

1. The listing goes on a review list. It stays live while it's waiting to be looked at, this isn't an automatic takedown.
2. We ask the seller for evidence. Work-in-progress files, a sculpting session, layer history, whatever shows the process. Five business days to respond.
3. We make a call and tell you either way. If the listing's cleared, nothing follows the seller. If we don't hear back in five days, a reviewer looks at what's there and decides, it isn't an automatic strike just for going quiet. If it's confirmed, here's what happens next.

If a listing is confirmed AI-generated

• First time. The listing comes down for good, and a warning goes on the account.
• Second time. The account is suspended for 30 days. The rest of that seller's catalogue stays up unless something else gets reported and confirmed on its own.
• Third time. Removed from Minarium. The seller can appeal whether the third violation was actually correct, that path stays open even here.

None of this applies to someone using a denoiser or auto-retopology tool. That's permitted under the rule as written. This ladder is only for models where the shape itself came from a prompt, not a person.

Listings from before this policy existed

This requirement covers everything listed from September 21, 2026 forward. Older listings weren't required to attest going in, but they're not exempt either. Report one the same way, and it goes through the same process.

The numbers, published

Every quarter, we'll post how many reports came in, how many listings came down, and how many accounts were suspended or banned. No names. Just the count, so this is something you can check rather than something you have to take our word for.
